Freezerbot is a 24/7 freezer and refrigerator temperature monitoring system for businesses that can't afford cold storage failures. WiFi-connected sensors (SensorX and SensorX Pro) monitor temperatures from -60°F to 120°F and send email alerts within seconds when thresholds are exceeded — protecting inventory for medical labs, restaurants, specialty food vendors, and food trucks. Setup takes under 10 minutes, no technical expertise required.

Founded by Mike — who is also the founder of Associates AI — Freezerbot became the proving ground for what managed AI agents could actually do for a solo founder running a hardware + software company. We built on it, broke things, fixed them, and learned what works. The result is a set of agents that run quietly in the background every single day.

The Challenge

Growing a hardware + software business as a solo founder
