What's the difference between an agent server and a Teammate?
An agent server is the workstation — a real computer in the cloud that belongs to your team and nobody else's. A Teammate is a coworker who works at that computer. One workstation can host several Teammates that collaborate on the same files, or you can give a Teammate its own workstation. Engineering usually puts Product / Engineering / QA Teammates together on one workstation; ops usually puts BOS / SEO / Sales on another.
Can multiple people on my team talk to the same Teammate?
Yes. On Pro Team and Enterprise, any seat in your org can talk to any Teammate on any workstation your org has — one ops workstation that the whole team reaches from Slack is a common setup. The workstation is always your org's, never shared with other customers.
Can I switch model providers later?
Anytime. Wire up Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Venice, OpenRouter, or any combination from the dashboard. Your Teammates, their memory, their skills, and their configuration stay with you. When a better model ships, you're on it the same day.
How do Teammates talk to each other?
If they share a server, they can see each other's files, hand off tasks, and collaborate directly. Across servers, they message via webhooks or the API. Deliberately designed: private work stays private, cross-team handoffs are explicit.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your work doesn't disappear. You pick a paid tier to continue using the platform. If you don't, your account is suspended and your data is held. You can come back and activate later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month on every tier. No long-term contracts on Pro Solo or Pro Team. Enterprise terms are negotiated per-deal.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The out-of-the-box Teammates (SEO, Sales, BOS, Marketing) are configured through the dashboard and talk to you through Slack, Telegram, email, or the web. The Engineering Team Teammates exist for teams that want AI to write code — if that's not you, ignore them.
How are model costs billed?
At provider list rates, passed through on Pro Solo and Pro Team. No hidden markup. Enterprise customers can arrange BYOK (bring your own keys) for compliance or procurement reasons.
